Born in Mumbai, we’re here to tell stories that stay with you without rushing through them. Our goal is to create something that doesn't just make a splash, but leaves a lasting impression.
Started by two filmmakers - a producer and a director and after working in the industry for long and while we still learn more about the craft, we know that great storytelling isn’t about the length or the noise, it’s about the heart. We’re obsessed with the magic of a great story and a good looking treatment. Whether it’s a 30-seconder or a 60-minute film, we believe every story has something unique to share, as long as it's told the right way.

Founder, Director
After completing his MA in Filmmaking from London, his journey in the Indian film industry began with his debut feature, Gehraiyaan. The experience was transformative, setting the stage for what would become a lifelong drive. Following Gehraiyaan, he took a step in the world of direction, working as a freelancer across different formats. Assisting well-established directors during this time allowed him to refine his craft, absorb new perspectives, and grow as a filmmaker.
The need to have a brand whose voice spoke the strongest, this vision led to the creation of Slipfast Films, a space where storytelling could thrive and where every project carried a unique voice. Since then, there’s been no turning back, and he continues to pour his heart into creating films.

Founder, Producer
Her journey into production started back in 2015, where she dove into the world of TV promos. Over the next few years, she worked on over 100 promos. After four years in TV, and after having developed more sensibilities for her craft, she transitioned into films and long-form content. Gehraiyaan was her first big step in that direction and it opened doors to other notable projects like Jigra, Call Me Bae, and Unpaused Season 2. While she was figuring out the world of long-form content, Inaara also took the time to assist in shorter formats, working alongside various producers in the advertising space. This helped her gain a deeper understanding of the ad industry and fine-tune her skills as a producer.
Each chapter has shaped her, challenged her, and inspired her in different ways. With all of that in her heart, she founded Slipfast Films in 2023, to create and explore more.
